Greater Change - Operations Officer (Start Date: April / May 2024)

Since 2018, Greater Change has grown into a leading social enterprise, using cash transfers to help people leave homelessness behind for good. To date, we've supported over 900 people, with over 80% last year successfully leaving homelessness behind for good.

We’ve attracted grant funding and social investment from some of the biggest names in the sector; including Homeless Link and Unltd.

Greater Change was incubated by one of the UK’s most respected charities, Aspire Oxfordshire, (Guardian Charity of the year 2014) as well as Oxford University Innovation.

Greater Change has also attracted considerable media attention, becoming one of The Guardian's most-read articles for several days and our story being among the most viewed videos on the BBC during its release.
